Kabbalah: Seeking Truth or a Worthless Mystery

Hidden mysteries, secret knowledge and higher spiritual wisdom are very attractive concepts to many people.

There is a sense in many individuals that the current generation of the world has been deprived of information relating to spiritual truths, and so anything which both satisfies the excitement of possessing hidden spiritual knowledge and seems to fill in many gaps left by traditional views, is easily accepted.

Nothing exists in a non Christian’s world view which contradicts exploring spiritualism that is occult.

Ensnaring the non believer in veiled Luciferian doctrine is no challenge, but for the believer it should be evident what conflicts scriptural morality have with these same concepts.

Still, the enemy is not lazy and there is an outlet for occult practices which bears enough of a resemblance to Christianity or biblical themes to lure the untrained or unguarded believer into them.

Kabbalah has attracted many adherents from every sort of spiritual viewpoint, but it’s traditional connection to the use of old testament texts and themes makes it a very tempting philosophy for Christians, especially those seeking some deeper understanding of the Creator, which is lacking in most Churches, and which Kabbalah promises to provide.

It does not attract those Christians by way of appealing to a fervor to know Him and a better understanding to obey Him, though, as it would if there was a pure motive involved, and the practice of it delivered a righteous message.

It appeals to the base senses of pride in the fallen nature, offering something which is supposedly exclusive, and transcending knowledge only a ‘worthy soul’ could connect with and understand. This gives the adherents a certain sense of elite status to be a part of such a thing, all of which is simply a matter of empty pride.

Kabbalah or Qabbalah, meaning “receiving” is a mystical philosophy which supposes to explain the nature of Elohim, of His creation, the nature of souls, good, evil and the relationships between all these things.

Though the practice uses a highly symbolic interpretation of scripture, it more heavily relies on traditions which are extra-biblical and occult.

As it now exists, traditional “Judaic” Kabbalah only manifested as a recorded presence in the middle ages, but it’s adherents maintain that it’s teachings have come down orally from the beginning of human existence on Earth. It gradually became a more secret practice throughout history and is only receiving a more public awareness in these later days.

Truthfully, Kabbalah is nearly as old many who practice it say. The teachings of this philosophy are not fundamentally Jewish, nor have their beginnings in Israel or her patriarchs, though.

Regardless of the name it goes by, or the incorporation of Hebrew themes and names for the Creator, it began as the pagan opposition of everything YHWH stands for and admonished His people to live by.

Kabbalah so resembles Babylonian mystery religion because that is exactly what it is –

And has simply been absorbed into Jewish tradition during Israeli captivity in Babylon, contrary to all warnings YHWH has given His people to be separate from such things.

It is also as new as it is old, meaning that what is today newly popular, a trend toward believing in a spiritual outlook which regards human beings as divine and regards all creation as one and a part of whatever is viewed as “god” which is endowed with a feminine aspect , often termed “New Age” is very much what Kabbalah teaches.

Though disguised as monotheistic and based upon a belief in the One true Creator, Kabbalah views Him in ten personifications or “emanations” corresponding to four “worlds”.

The same principal is seen in the occult geomancy/ astrology practice of Feng Shui where there are ten deities corresponding to four “pillars” and is also seen in the Egyptian ennead – nine “gods and one “hidden” deity.

In the Kabbalistic tradition, the Creator caused a void in the act of creation which brought chaos into being. Self aware creation is formed as a result of this destructive event and thus beings who are able to commit willful sin. The Creator Himself is so shown as a being who both manifests disorder and is the sole origin of evil.

There is no “enemy”, no Satan, nothing which opposes the Creator, since He has authored the disorder Himself.

This explanation is directly contrary to the nature of YHWH, according to scripture, who is clearly described as purely righteous and the author of order, never chaos.

Kabbalah deals heavily in the use of gemantria, a practice by which hidden interpretations are derived out of scripture and other texts using a numbering system that correlates to each Hebrew letter, and in turn correlates to a specific meaning.

Without doubt, there is meaning in all reality and there is math at the base of all things He created and ordered. The danger of attempting to gain hidden knowledge by way of numerical divination is that this is an example of infants playing with highly technical and dangerous machinery.

YHWH does not hide the information He intends His creation to understand and if there be anything He does not intend to make known to us, our attempt to know it is futile and can only result in misinterpretation. That misinterpretation is fuel for the enemy to deceive us. Numerological divination has always been linked with the astrology and alchemy of numerous pagan belief systems.

The scriptures are very to the point in making it well understood that YHWH and the laws He put forth are the only acceptable standard and that Yahushua is the only acceptable redeemer to that standard which provides reconciliation for the sinner.

There is no question of the exclusivity of belonging to Him or the exclusivity of the available means we have to do so. That inherent truth is at least diluted in Kabbalistic understanding, if not completely abandoned.

Kabbalah has accepted, and been accepted by, a wide variety of belief systems including Eastern religions, Islam, Gnosticism and every manner of pagan religion. It is universalist fundamentally, as is the current religious trend leading into the New World Order, globalist “oneness” cult.

Those who have taught Kabbalah in the ancient past were at least aware that their practice was highly dangerous and that the influences they called upon in doing so were treacherous.

Though not wise enough to put away the abomination from them entirely, they had more wisdom than do the ignorant dabblers in this philosophy now who pursue it in foolish disregard for fire they play with.

Yahushua spoke of these masters of the mystery religion who sought far and wide to find one “worthy” pupil to train up in his demonic enlightenment.

“Woe to you, scribes and Parash (Pharisees), hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of the valley of Hinnom as yourselves.”

– Matthew 23:15

The sect of the Pharisees were that which brought Kabbalah out of Babylon and into Judaism.

Of the non biblical texts which Kabbalah uses and relies on, the Zohar is one of the most important. The Zohar was penned by Moses De Leon in the 13th century, though he credited the content to Rabbi Shimon bar Yohai. It would seem that Moses De Leon actually received the information by way of becoming a medium to a spirit who dictated or wrote the text.

Shimon bar Yohai, himself was a teacher of the mystery arts and had been well known for his many so-called miracles. It is held in rabbinical records that he requested the assistance of a demon to possess the daughter of the Roman Emperor so that he could then demonstrate his powers by casting it out of her.

The text of the Zohar is actually a group of books which contains mystical interpretation of the Torah. The interpretations bear a strong resemblance to more modern theosophy than Judaic religion.

It is here that one finds the model of the trinity which is ancient and pagan but not the least Christian. The Creator, according to the Zohar, has three archetypes including a feminine aspect and an incomprehensible aspect which is above human involvement or understanding.

If there is still any possible doubt that Kabbalah opposes all things which are aligned with His will, consider the Kabbalists use of the supposed Name of Elohim, known as Shemhamphorasch.

The selfish use of His Name to gain personal power is a transgression which dates back to the pre-flood era. The Watchers having taught men the Name and how it might be used in this way is exactly the purpose of the commandment YHWH gave to not take His name in vain.

The Letters derived from three verses in Exodus having 72 characters each are arranged in a precise pattern which spell out the names of 72 angels and 72 “names of god”.

These beings, though, should not be assumed to be benevolent servants of YHWH.

These names are well known in occult belief to be the names of 72 fallen angels sometimes claimed to have been controlled by Solomon and employed to build his temple, even though such an act would contradict every warning of scripture to have nothing to do with drawing upon spiritual power that is not His Holy Spirit.

Anton Lavey, founder of the Church of Satan promoted calling upon these same beings and their names can be identified in grimoirs used in witchcraft.

Tarot cards, as well, owe their arrangement and naming to these 72 fallen angels. The names, divided into pairs are attributed to a ten degree section of the zodiac or ten numbers, four court cards and 22 major arcana – 36 pairs.

Seeking truth has become a popular claim, yet it is not enough to simply seek out truth. The motive itself must be Truth. To immerse one’s life in the honoring and worshiping of false deities is the definition of “practicing a lie”.

If the knowledge sought is to the end of fulfilling a desire to simply gain understanding of what seems hidden or exclusive or powerful, the final result is acquiring a vain and worthless mystery that belongs to those who have nothing to do with truth.

“Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and image worshippers, and whoever loves and practices a lie.”

– Revelation 22:14,15

“And now to the Watchers, who have sent you to pray for them, who in the beginning were in heaven, Say, In heaven have you been; secret things, however, have not been manifested to you; yet have you known a worthless mystery.

And this you have related to women in the hardness of your heart, and by that mystery have women and mankind multiplied evils upon the earth.”

– 1 Enoch 16: 2-4

“You worship what you do not know.

We know what we worship, for salvation is of the Yahudiym.

But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

Yahuwah is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

– John 4: 22-24

Today’s Headline: Escaped Mind on the Loose

Posted in 02 : The Truth Is Out There... with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on 09/13/2010 by timenolonger

What comes through the television, radio and internet in the form of views expressed by highly influential personalities, whether they be political, scientific or religious carry with them a greatly under-estimated power to sway the masses.

Though most will assume themselves to be free thinkers, generally people will not hesitate to “parrot” an opinion from an “expert” with whom they agree.

Here is how public opinion gets pushed…

Appeal to humanitarianism:

Most of us want to believe that we are humane individuals who want the best for others. Knowing this… the landscapers of public opinion can not represent their ideas in the harsh terms they really resemble in the light of day… they must appeal to some “greater good” to support their view.

It becomes a necessity for the greater good to sacrifice freedom, quality of life or even life itself so that the many can be benefited though it comes at cost to the few.

The “lesser of two evils” is often the staple philosophy behind such supposed humanitarian appeals. It is better to vaccinate children with the risk of complications that take some greater risk with contagious diseases. It is better to subject airline passengers to a little dangerous radiation and a brief humiliating experience, insisting they go through a body scanner than to risk safety to possible hijackers. (etc..)

Instill Fear:

Whenever possible it behooves the pushers to subtly suggest that the alternative to their viewpoint will result in calamity and suffering.

Always having a mythical, but much believed in, Bogeyman to threaten the public with is very effective. Popular Bogeymen we’ve heard much about are such imposing figures as Mr. Al Qaeda, Captain Global Warming and Dr. Incurable Disease.

Convince the Public of their Incompetence:

The sweetly delivered but condescending message that many minds have accepted is that the public is simply too unintelligent to form their own opinions or gather their own evidence.

You are quickly told to sit down and be quiet (in more subtle terms of course) should you begin asking too many insightful questions about widely accepted beliefs.

The insistence which filters through is that the people are not experts, and only experts are qualified to set a standard of opinion or have enough knowledge to comprehend why that opinion should be considered correct.

Even the layperson who is considered more intelligent than average is likely to simply be someone who has a better memory for retaining all the answers which they have heard the “experts” preach rather than the one who questions those experts.

Push a Subjective View of Reality:

I can be wrong and you can be wrong and we can all be wrong together… but they would have you believe something to the opposite effect of this which flies in the face of basic sanity: “I can be right and you can be right and we can all be right together… even though none of us agree.”

This is supposedly a recipe for peace in society… the idea that we can each retain our own view of reality but we can’t call another view wrong or attempt to correct it.

In the end this politically correct philosophy is hypocritical since those views which agree with the mainstream become those views which are protected from the “fringe” who would differ.

The common sense understanding that right is correct and wrong… isn’t… is no longer acceptable.

Encourage Emotionalism:

It’s impossible to impress rational minds with the irrational… so rational thinking is not the friend of anyone attempting the brainwash the public.

Emotion is the catalyst by which people become entrenched in illusions of perception. Advertising is designed to produce euphoric feelings at the thought of owning something shiny and new.

Fluff human interest stories on the news evoke emotions of sympathy or shallow happiness, distracting attention from real world changing events.

What people tend to care about and spend the greatest amount of concern with becomes that which effects them on an emotional level. The opinions and views which people hold become those which gratify their emotional interests.

Shape a Livestock Mentality:

Livestock do not normally attempt to defend themselves from whatever use their masters might have for them, even if that use means they end up dead.

In the same way people are encouraged to view authority figures as above questioning, and if one should question them it is perceived as abnormal and even dangerous.

The public is strongly under the impression that they must be kept, maintained and protected by “authorities” of government, military and medicine. The ideas of self sufficiency, self defense or natural self medication are regarded with suspicion and fear of an almost superstitious nature.

Overcome The Serpent System…

There is no one who would not benefit from a conscious effort to combat the subconscious warfare against their individuality, creativity and ability to think resourcefully.

From the very asleep to the fairly awake… no one is utterly immune to the constant pressures of mind bending tactics perpetrated on society at large.

Becoming consciously aware that such a thing is intentionally designed is only half the battle… there needs to then be a committed effort to rethink everything from the ground up for each individual.

These are some conscious mental reminders which if employed as habit can go a long way to begin thinking as an individual in the midst of a world that thinks like a herd…

Let the Creator and His Commandments Be Your Measure of Morality:
No matter what is presented as good, beneficial or humanitarian, no matter what leaps of “logic” might be presented to make a course of action seem necessary for the “greater good”… if even one individual is wronged in the process…it’s wrong.

Man can not redefine morality, being immoral creatures, to suit their convenience… a lesser of two evils is always still evil.

Have Faith, Not Fear:

Once one puts their trust in YHWH, knowing that there is no situation too dire to prevent His protection and that not even death is to be feared… no amount of badgering with fear tactics will cause that one to make irrational judgments based on some real or imagined threat.

Recognize Your Own Intelligence:

You are not lower species than those who are deemed “experts”… you have the mental capacity to wrestle with challenging concepts, identify sensible answers and reject senseless ones.

Given the time and the desire, most people are perfectly capable of comprehending complex subject matters and coming to better conclusions about them than those they have been led to believe. The Creator made mankind with big brains… amen.

Truth Is Stable and Doesn’t Ask Our Opinion:

Just as there is an obvious and unavoidable answer to 1+1… there are similarly sure, correct answers to everything else… even if we don’t know them all.

We need to humbly recognize that we have to yield to truth, as it won’t yield to us, and stick by that in spite of every argument of “tolerance” the world throws at us.

Tolerance of people should mean being compassionate and honest, while the level of tolerance we have for ideas needs to be judged according to real morality and technical correctness.

Think More, Feel Less:

Removing every instinct to be offended, flattered, enticed, excited or scared and simply analyzing the raw data has the effect of bringing us to conclusions which are grounded in the best of what we Know rather than simple drives and urges.

Whereas we might Feel enticed to buy an advertised product… the facts dictate that it is unnecessary and overpriced. There is a reason that the eyes are connected to the brain and not the heart… 🙂

You are Not a Kept Pet:

You have the ability to think and act as an independent entity. You are able to learn new skills to provide for, protect and defend you and your family and it is normal behavior to utilize them within your capacity.

There should likewise be no reasonable expectation of consistent and benevolent provision or protection from government agencies or medical personnel. Free means free… let’s live it.

GenPets: Showing Us the Depths of Moral Irresponsibility

Posted in 05 : Generations X with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on 09/08/2010 by timenolonger

Shocking and bizarre could sum up a reasonable reaction to a little oddity known as a “GenPet”. Upon coming across this strange… invention, one is caught between a sense of disbelief on multiple levels, and a sort of nauseous realization that something like this really Could happen in this day and age.

If you visit the GenPet’s website: genpets.com you will find this description of the product that is being advertised:

“Say Hello to the all New Genpets™ from Bio.Genica! The Genpets™ are Pre-Packaged, Bioengineered pets implemented today!

That’s right, Genpets are not toys or robots. They are living, breathing genetic animals.

We use a process called “Zygote Micro Injection” which is quickly becoming a favorable method to combine DNA, or to insert certain proteins from different species. Most notably it was used in 1997 to splice mice with bioluminescent jellyfish and has since been used to create glowing rabbits, pigs, fish, and monkeys. Since then, human DNA has been injected into rabbits, chimpanzees, spider DNA into sheep, and now, Genpets have arrived!…

We’ve gone one step further by packaging the Genpets™ into plastic packages unlike any other. Each Genpet™ package has a fully functional heart rate monitor and Fresh Strip to better gauge the state of each pet while it lies in its hibernation state…

From there we’ve broken it down even further. While each Genpet may look the same, really they aren’t. Each Genpet™ comes with a color-coded personality. For example, a child that wishes to have a Genpet™ that is very energetic would choose a Red Genpet™ (see features section for details).

Engineered DNA, engineered personalities, and engineered lifespan, it doesn’t come any better than that. Bio-Genica has you covered on all bases. Just leave the details to us.”

Here is a picture of one of these…things…

Gen Pet

The GenPets creations have made it to store front windows and galleries where they illicited reactions from people which might only be called reasonable in light of what was being advertised as a great alternative to a toy for anyone’s youngster.

“Genpets seems to create a reaction wherever they go. While in the store window of Iodine Toronto, the shop owner began sleeping in the store as many nights, people would bang at the windows furiously. Some in protest of the small Bio-genetically engineered creatures trapped in plastic…”

While other reactions… most notably from the up and coming generation were much more accepting…

“some wanting to wake them up or buy them. Hordes of teens wanting a bioengineered pet met confused, baffled, or even shocked looks from parents.” brandejs.ca

Well… now that you’ve been thoroughly disgusted… you can relax… a little. GenPets are, after all, a hoax. The creation of one Adam Brandejs, an artist who constructed these robotic, very life-like creatures which mimic breathing, twitching and clawing in their wire and plastic “hibernation” restraints.

The purpose of their creation and the hoax in general was a social experiment of sorts, he says. An attempt to bring the full impact of bioengineering to light… though he is not against bioengineering in general according to his own claims.

“I’m not against bioengineering, I’m simply hesitant towards where and how and by whom the technology will be used. That’s what this sculpture sums up… I think it’s important to take a critical look at both sides of an issue before coming to any sort of conclusion. Bioengineering could lead to medical breakthroughs that save lives, but will it? Genpets is more of a critique of corporate ethics than anything else. ”
– Adam Brandejs, Gen Pets creator

After we are done being relieved that we don’t have to bewail the lamentable plight of these sad little creatures stuck in plastic who are programmed to live for only three years or less… we need to see this kind of trend and curiosity for what it really is.

Whether Mr. Brandejs knows it or not, his little stunt bears a striking resemblance to how shocking new conditions are normally introduced to the public.

A little talk here and a little revelation there from the scientific community… politics which reflect, on a superficial level, what the gauge of public reaction is at present… and then the inevitable trial hoax.

What a good hoax like this can do for those who are really very serious about a future in radical bioengineering is give a very accurate picture of exactly where the public’s mind is on the issue.

How far can they push you… what can they get you to feel is good, acceptable, cool or trendy. It has a noted effect of desensitizing as well… as you bounce back from the shock of hearing that they are selling little chimeras in plastic bubbles, you are far less likely to get upset about the real industry of bioengineered pets.

Yes, there is a real industry for genetically modified pets… although so far, the most interesting things being sold are cats which are supposedly hypoallergenic.

Companies like Lifestyle Pets, formerly known as Allerca, Felix Pets and Transgenic Pets Inc. all boast the claim of having created cats which have a non-active form of one protein believed to cause allergic reactions in people. It seems rather harmless in comparison to an idea like GenPets… right?

What could be wrong with bioengineering cats which don’t cause sneezing? If nothing is wrong with that… what could be wrong with marketing bunny rabbits and puppies which glow in the dark ? (both of which have been created, if not sold as pets)

Could there really be anything so bad as a few animals with human genes so long as it advances medical science? The shock begins to wear off one small step at a time… basic arguments about meddling with creation have never stood the test of time against so many things which are now a normal part of society.

Science does not lack the ability to make any strange combination of chimera whether for use in a lab or sold as a trendy pet… the only thing which stands between us and the very real introduction of GenPets is the limits which human morality would place on such things.

That has proven time and again to be a very weak barrier which can easily be broken down and there is little doubt in my mind that such a thing as GenPets will exist in some form or other in the future.

Possibly the most disturbing point in the whole GenPets drama is the reaction of the younger generation. While those reactions of their parents’ generation were ones which reflect a normal repulsion to such an idea… the younger crowd were quite taken with the idea… they couldn’t wait to have one.

Gen Pets

These kids did not stop to ask themselves questions about whether or not this was in any way humane… they weren’t disturbed that living creatures had been created only to amuse children, be packaged into plastic containers and then forced to live out strange, short lives performing like circus animals.

Quality of life was not an issue, disposable life was not an issue… even what manner of life these things were was not asked.

Treating something alive and able to feel pain and possibly emotion with no more care than one would treat a disposable plaything seemed to not phase them.

In a disposable world where life has been consistently devalued in the minds of each successive generation… it’s no wonder. To this next generation… what will life mean exactly… what will Human life mean?

They have been programmed to think of human life as merely a higher sort of animal life and even been convinced to look at humanity as if it is inherently a plague upon earth.

Infants are regarded as disposable byproducts of casual sex. Elders are regarded as disposable members of society, having outlived their usefulness. The poor and the homeless are not even deemed to be human at all… merely the unfortunate losing fringes of Social Darwinism.

GenPets are simply a peek into what comes next in a cold, loveless world which consistently refuses to look to their Creator for a moral foundation. There is no acceptable level of playing “god”… a lesson that the human race has sadly seemed to never grasp.
